Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by amending the boundaries for certain permit parking districts, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

(2) Permit parking districts enumerated.

(oo) District 40 - Fox Chase: The area bounded by both sides of Jeanes Street from Rhawn Street to Stanwood Street,
both sides of Elberon Avenue from Rhawn Street to Solly Avenue.

SECTION 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
