The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s rules for permit parking districts by setting the boundaries of District 40 in Fox Chase. The district includes both sides of Jeanes Street from Rhawn Street to Stanwood Street and both sides of Elberon Avenue from Rhawn Street to Solly Avenue; it took effect immediately.
Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by amending the boundaries for certain permit parking districts, all under certain terms and conditions.
