Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 9-213. Farmers’ Markets.

(7) Permissible Locations. Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted:

The roadway

and the sidewalks and adjoining curb lanes on both sides of Point Breeze Avenue between Reed Street and Wharton Street, the roadway and the sidewalks and adjoining curb lanes on both sides of South 21st Street between Reed Street and Wharton Street and the triangle located on Point Breeze Avenue between Reed Street and Earp Street.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
