This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s farmers’ market rules to permit a market on Point Breeze Avenue between Reed and Wharton Streets, including the sidewalks and adjoining curb lanes on both sides. It also permits the roadway, sidewalks, and adjoining curb lanes on both sides of South 21st Street between Reed and Wharton Streets, as well as the triangle on Point Breeze Avenue between Reed and Earp Streets.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on Point Breeze Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
