THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025 from the Grants Revenue Fund to the General Fund, and the Transportation Fund.
