The enacted ordinance authorizes the transfer of $91,032,346 in Fiscal Year 2025 appropriations from the Grants Revenue Fund to the City’s General Fund and Transportation Fund. The funding is allocated among city departments and programs, including technology, Mural Arts, fleet services, police, fire, public health, parks and recreation, commerce, law, and the Streets Department.
