This enacted bill revises Philadelphia fees for building, occupancy, construction, demolition, inspection, and other permits handled by the Department of Licenses and Inspections, as well as certain street-related permits. It also establishes or changes administrative charges, refund rules, accelerated review fees, and fees for work done without a permit, affecting property owners, contractors, businesses, and other permit applicants; some fees are waived for owner-occupied one-family homes.

Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code ("The Building Construction and Occupancy Code") Subcode "A" Administrative Code, by revising various fees related to permits and miscellaneous administrative functions performed by the Department of Licenses and Inspections; and further amending Title 11 "Streets" of The Philadelphia Code, by revising certain sections related to fees for permits issued by the Department of Licenses and Inspections.
