This enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire some or all of specified real estate parcels in Eastwick, including properties on Lindbergh Boulevard and Venus Place, under the terms of a hazard-mitigation grant agreement. Pennsylvania and the federal government would reimburse the City for 97% of the acquisition and project costs for most parcels, while the City would pay the full acquisition costs for 8053 Lindbergh Boulevard and 7862 Venus Place.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire some or all of certain real estate parcels in the Eastwick section of the City of Philadelphia, all under certain terms and conditions.
