The enacted ordinance authorizes the Department of Streets’ Board of Surveyors to widen a roughly 200-foot section of Southampton Road near The Roosevelt Boulevard by about 12 feet and add the widened area to the City Plan. The widening requires the added portion of the road to be dedicated to the City at no cost, and the authorization takes effect after Board of Surveyors confirmation.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 384 by widening Southampton Road approximately twelve (12) feet on the southwestwardly side, from its intersection with The Roosevelt Boulevard to a point approximately two hundred (200) feet northwestwardly therefrom, and by placing on the City Plan such widened portion of Southampton Road, all under certain terms and conditions.
