The enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to revise the official street plan for the area bounded by Broad, Race, Thirteenth, and Arch Streets. It provides for vacating portions of Cherry, Juniper, Watts, Quarry, and Clarion Streets, subject to confirmation by the Board of Surveyors and required legal documents reviewed by the City Solicitor.
