This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s payroll-deduction rules to add the United Service Organizations of Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, also known as Liberty USO, to the list of designated payees. Philadelphia city employees may direct authorized payroll deductions to that organization under the applicable terms.

Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions," to add the United Service Organizations to the list of designated payees to whom an employee may direct payroll deductions; all under certain terms and conditions.
