This enacted bill authorizes the Streets Commissioner to enter into an agreement with Pennsylvania to grant the City a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes near the northwest corner of Thirteenth and Arch Streets. It also authorizes the Board of Surveyors to add the right-of-way to City Plan No. 307.

Authorizing the Streets Commissioner, on behalf of the City, to enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the grant to the City of a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes extending through a portion of property located at the northwest corner of Thirteenth Street and Arch Street and authorizing the plotting upon City Plan No. 307 of the said right-of-way.
