The enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to accept full or partial ownership of property from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia or its successors. The property is in the area south of the South Street Bridge, east of the Schuylkill River, west of CSX railroad tracks, and north of a CSX railroad bridge; the City Solicitor may approve the documents and terms needed for the transfer.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to accept from the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia ("CHOP") or its successors or assigns, fee simple title or a lesser property interest in any portion of the real estate owned by CHOP and located south of the South Street Bridge, east of the Schuylkill River, west of railroad tracks owned and operated by CSX Transportation, Inc., and north of a railroad bridge owned and operated by CSX Transportation, Inc., under certain terms and conditions.
