This enacted bill approved an amendment to Philadelphia’s Year 37 Consolidated Plan for fiscal year 2012 and authorized the City to apply to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for about $1.26 million in Emergency Solutions Grant funding. The proposed uses include homelessness-prevention assistance for low- and moderate-income residents and rental and rehousing assistance.
