This enacted bill authorizes the Department of Commerce to sign use and lease agreements with airlines that provide, or later begin providing, regularly scheduled service at Philadelphia International Airport. The agreements cover the airlines’ use of airport space and establish the rents, rates, and other charges they must pay.

Authorizing the Director of Commerce to enter into Use and Lease Agreements between the City and each of the airlines servicing Philadelphia International Airport, under certain terms and conditions.
