The enacted ordinance authorizes bicycle lanes on North 10th Street between Buttonwood Street and Callowhill Street, and on Columbus Boulevard between Dilworth Street and Swanson Street. It also removes a parking lane on that section of Columbus Boulevard and establishes no-stopping regulations on both streets once the Street Commissioner certifies that the bicycle lanes are complete.

Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize bicycle lanes in the First Councilmanic District on North 10th Street, from Buttonwood Street to Callowhill Street, and on Columbus Boulevard from Dilworth Street to Swanson Street; and making associated changes to parking regulations within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.
