This enacted ordinance authorizes one bicycle lane in each direction on Germantown Avenue between North 2nd Street and Master Street. It removes some parking and a travel lane, prohibits stopping on the east side between North 2nd Street and Girard Avenue, and establishes one-way traffic directions on portions of Germantown Avenue; the parking and traffic changes take effect after repaving and installation of signs.

Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize bicycle lanes on Germantown Avenue, from North 2nd Street to Master Street; and making associated changes to parking regulations and establishing one-way traffic regulations within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.
