This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s parking rules to prohibit parking semitrailers and truck tractors on public streets in the 10th Council District at locations identified by the Streets Department as impairing the safe and efficient use of the right-of-way by pedestrians or traffic. It affects people who park these large commercial vehicles in those locations.

Amending Section 12-919 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "On-Street Parking of Boats, Motor Homes, Truck Campers, Semitrailers, Truck Tractors, and Vending Carts," to provide prohibitions on semitrailer and truck tractor parking in the Tenth District of Council, all under certain terms and conditions.
