The enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire full or partial ownership interests in eight specified properties from the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority. The acquisitions may occur through purchase, condemnation, donation, or other listed methods, with the City Solicitor reviewing the related documents.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest to all or a portion of certain parcel or parcels of land from the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, all under certain terms and conditions.
