The enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia to accept two areas alongside Hunting Park Avenue, east of Whitaker Avenue, as slope easements. The easements are intended to support and protect the roadway and allow drainage facilities; the property owner may continue using the areas as long as that use does not harm the roadway’s support or the safety of the traveling public.

Authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of two certain areas located on either side of Hunting Park Avenue, east of Whitaker Avenue, as slope easements, under certain terms and conditions.
