This enacted ordinance authorizes one bicycle lane in each direction on Woodland Avenue between Chester Avenue and South 42nd Street. It removes the south-side parking lane in that area and establishes no stopping at any time there, with the parking changes taking effect after the required signs are installed.

Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a bicycle lane on Woodland Avenue from Chester Avenue to South 42nd Street and make associated changes to parking regulations within the same limits, all under certain terms and conditions.
