Enacted legislation authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to enter into a sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority for the City to use about 30,352 square feet of office space at 30 S. 15th Street. The sublease has a 10-year term, includes a possible three-year renewal, and sets terms for rent, utilities, operating expenses, and tenant improvements.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease agreement with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority, for use by the City of a portion of the premises located at 30 S. 15th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.
