This enacted bill authorizes the Procurement Commissioner to arrange fixed-rate purchases of electricity and natural gas for City facilities and motor fuel for City vehicles for fiscal year 2028. The purchases must use competitive selection processes, and the Procurement Commissioner must report annually to City Council on the agreements and purchases.
