The enacted ordinance authorizes a bicycle lane on North 22nd Street between Spring Garden Street and Green Street. It also removes one travel lane on that same stretch, affecting people who bike and drive there.

Amending Chapter 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a bicycle lane on North 22nd Street, from Spring Garden Street to Green Street and remove a travel lane on North 22nd Street within the same limits, all under certain terms and conditions
