This enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to enter into a lease with the Holmesburg Fish and Game Protective Association, Inc., for all or part of City property near Pennypack Creek, the Delaware River, Pennypack Street, and State Road. The property may be used for recreational and training activities, including indoor and outdoor firing ranges and administrative offices; the proposed initial lease term is 10 years, with two possible five-year renewals, annual rent of $1, City-paid utilities, and maintenance paid by the association.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement with the Holmesburg Fish and Game Protective Association, Inc., for use of all or a portion of the City property bounded by the Pennypack Creek, the Delaware River, Pennypack Street, and State Road in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.
