This adopted resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer, without payment, conditional ownership of certain City-owned lots and buildings in Philadelphia’s Third and Sixth Wards to the Redevelopment Authority.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Third and Sixth Wards of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s payroll deduction rules to allow City employees to have money deducted from their paychecks for a City-approved program covering certain qualified transportation expenses.
Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions," by authorizing City employee payroll deductions for payments to the administrator of any City-approved program under which City employees may make pre-tax payment of certain qualified transportation expenses as authorized under Section 132 of the Internal Revenue Code, under certain terms and conditions.
