This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors from displaying or selling goods, or leaving stands, within the area bounded by 65th Street, Eastwick Avenue, Lindbergh Boulevard, 70th Street, Holstein Avenue, Bartram Avenue, 86th Street, the city boundary, and Elmwood Avenue.
Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending within an area bounded by 65th street, Eastwick avenue, Lindbergh boulevard, 70th street, Holstein avenue, Bartram avenue, 86th street, the city boundary and Elmwood avenue, on both sides.

The enacted ordinance requires the Philadelphia Police Department to trace firearms recovered from people who are not legally allowed to possess them, including people under 21, using available information and the federal National Tracing Center.
Amending Chapter 10-800 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Safety" by adding a new Section 10-832 entitled "Firearms Tracing" to require that the City of Philadelphia Police Department conduct traces of firearms illegally possessed by anyone under 21 years of age; all under certain terms and conditions.
