This adopted resolution authorizes the City to transfer conditional ownership of 1725 West Bristol Street, including its building and improvements, to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority without payment.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Thirteenth Ward of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

This lapsed bill would have extended the deadline for the Associacion de Musicos Latinos Americanos to obtain financing to develop, rehabilitate, or improve City-owned property at the northwest corner of Fifth and Huntingdon streets.
Amending Bill No. 020480, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID"), without consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to a certain tract of City-owned land with the buildings and improvements thereon situated at the northwest corner of Fifth and Huntingdon streets, subject generally to the terms and conditions of the Philadelphia Industrial and Commercial Development Agreement among the City, PAID, and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation; and further authorizing PAID, notwithstanding any contrary requirements of the Philadelphia Industrial and Commercial Development Agreement, to convey such land and property to the Associacion de Musicos Latinos Americanos for a nominal consideration; all under certain terms and conditions," to extend the period of time the Associacion is granted to obtain financing.
