Honoring and recognizing the men and women of First Builders, Inc., for their commitment to building a new pathway to viable careers in the construction industry for the City of Philadelphia's next generation of working men and women and labor leaders.

Declaring September 15, 2018 through October 15, 2018 as Hispanic Heritage Month here in the City of Philadelphia to honor the role that Hispanics have played and continue to play in the economic, cultural and social development of our City and nation.

Amending Chapter 12-1300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Enforcement and Obedience to Traffic Regulations," by increasing the associated penalty for violating this Chapter.
