This adopted resolution authorizes the City to transfer conditional ownership of four City-owned properties—1521 Rodman Street and 1308, 1310, and 1312 South 21st Street—to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority without payment.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Thirtieth and Thirty-sixth Wards of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

This lapsed resolution would have authorized the City Council Committee on Law and Government to investigate whether the City-administered health plan gave City employees and retirees comprehensive, cost-efficient coverage for the premiums paid.
