This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to revise the mapped curb and house lines of Delaware Avenue between Tioga Street and Wheatsheaf Lane so they more closely match existing conditions.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 197 by narrowing Delaware Avenue, from Tioga Street to Wheatsheaf Lane, to conform more closely with existing as-built conditions and, if necessary, reserving and placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia to acquire a specific parcel on the south side of Bartram Avenue for use by Philadelphia International Airport.
Authorizing real estate transactions necessary to permit the City of Philadelphia to acquire property needed for use by the Philadelphia International Airport; in particular, authorizing the Director of Commerce and the Commissioner of Public Property to acquire, by amicable negotiation, swap or by condemnation, any and all interests in a certain parcel of property located on the south side of Bartram avenue within the limits of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
