This bill changes the zoning rules in Philadelphia by creating a new type of zoning district called the University-Community Overlay District.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending certain provisions of Chapter 14-500, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," by creating the "/UCO, University-Community Overlay District"; and by making related changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

This bill adds new rules for where mobile medical service providers can operate in Philadelphia and sets penalties for breaking these rules.
Amending Chapter 10-2800 of The Philadelphia Code ("Chapter 10-2800 Vehicular Mobile Service Providers") to add new prohibitions on where mobile medical service providers may operate and providing for penalties, all under certain terms and conditions.
