The enacted bill authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer four adjacent parcels and their buildings at 1015-21 Mount Vernon Street to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for a nominal amount.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development a deed for nominal consideration conveying fee simple title to four adjacent parcels, situate 1015-21 Mount Vernon Street in the City of Philadelphia, with the buildings and improvements thereon, for further conveyance at fair market value.

This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s building construction and occupancy rules by adopting the 2006 Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code and updated International Code Council standards, with Philadelphia-specific changes.
Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," by adopting the "2006 Pennsylvania Uniformed Construction Code" through adoption of the 2006 edition of certain International Codes as published by the International Code Council, with amendments thereto, all under certain terms and conditions.
