Bill 041037Authorizing the President of the Fairmount Park Commission, the Executive Director of Fairmount Park, and the Public Property Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a ground lease with the School District of Philadelphia under which the School District will lease from the City certain land in West Fairmount Park in order to construct, maintain, and operate a high school; all under certain provisions and conditions.
