Amending Section 2 of Bill No. 050952, approved December 22, 2005, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by placing on the City Plan Florist Street from a point on 2nd Street approximately 131' north of the north side of Race Street to a point on 3rd Street approximately 157' north of the north side of Race Street, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of Florist Street", by revising the terms and conditions stated therein and extending the period for compliance.

This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to remove and vacate a two-foot-wide strip along the northeast side of Stout Road between City Avenue and a point about 563 feet southeast, reducing that section’s planned width from 70 feet to 68 feet.
