The enacted ordinance requires owners of certain residential and commercial properties eligible for City curbside waste collection to pay an annual $150 fee, unless the property is a single-family home, condominium, cooperative, or has a private waste-hauling contract.
Amending Chapter 10-700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Refuse and Littering," to require certain property owners either to pay a fee for City waste hauling or to demonstrate that the business or property owner has a private provider of waste and recycling disposal services; all under certain terms and conditions.

The enacted bill authorizes the Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a license agreement with Impact Services Corporation to operate, manage, and maintain Walnut Lane Golf Course at 800 Walnut Lane as a public golf course.
Authorizing the Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a license agreement between the City of Philadelphia and Impact Services Corporation under which Impact Services Corporation would operate, manage and maintain Walnut Lane Golf Course as a public golf course under certain terms and conditions.
