Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire by purchase, condemnation, or other means, that certain parcel of land commonly known as 4815 Smick street and 200 Fountain street and, upon completion of the City's acquisition of the parcel, incorporating the parcel into Germany Hill Park and placing the parcel under the jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission under The Philadelphia Code, Title 15, Section 15-201.
