Bill 180649-AAmending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," by adding a new Chapter to require certain covered employers to provide "Fair Workweek Employment Standards" for certain employees, including but not limited to reasonable notice of schedules, rest time between shifts, and opportunities for additional hours, and providing for enforcement and penalties, all under certain terms and conditions.
