This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove the southerly 20 feet of Diamond Street from the City Plan between Tenth Street and Alder Street, reducing the planned street width from 70 feet to 50 feet.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 118 by striking from the City Plan the southerly twenty-foot-wide portion of Diamond Street from Tenth Street to Alder Street, under certain terms and conditions.
