This enacted ordinance established paid 2021 Public Health Emergency Leave for eligible Philadelphia employees who have worked for an employer for at least 90 days, generally excluding employees of employers with fewer than 50 workers.
Amending Section 9-4116 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Public Health Emergency Leave," to establish leave time for public health emergencies, and modify existing provisions concerning the paid sick leave, and make technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s zoning code by revising definitions and measurement rules, including how the city calculates gross floor area, ground floors, occupied area, window-sill height, and off-street parking requirements.
