This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-cafe rules to permit sidewalk cafes on both sides of Ninth Street between Christian Street and Federal Street.
Amending Section 9-208 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Cafes," by permitting sidewalk cafes to be maintained on Ninth street, both sides, between Christian street and Federal street, under certain terms and conditions.
