The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s zoning maps for certain areas of land within the area bounded by the listed streets, using changes shown on maps A1–A5 and B1–B5.
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Cheltenham Avenue, Ditman Street, Cottman Avenue, Ditman Street, Bleigh Avenue, Edmund Street, Cottman Avenue, Vandike Street, Robbins Street, Torresdale Avenue, Deveraux Avenue, and Hegerman Street.

This enacted ordinance extends until June 17, 2019, the deadline for meeting the conditions tied to a two-foot-wide public pedestrian area and planned curbline changes on the south side of Pearl Street between Tenth Street and about 138 feet west of Tenth Street.
Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 130355) approved June 17, 2013, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the plotting upon a portion of City Plan No. 58 of a two feet wide area for public pedestrian use extending along the southerly side of Pearl Street, from Tenth Street to a point approximately one-hundred thirty-eight feet westwardly therefrom, and the relocation of the curblines of Pearl Street, from Tenth Street to a point approximately one-hundred thirty-eight feet westwardly therefrom, so as to widen the cartway of said Pearl Street, and authorizing the acceptance of the grant to the City of the said area for public pedestrian use, all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
