This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that reduce the widths of portions of Montgomery Avenue and Fifteenth Street between Broad and Fifteenth streets.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 123 by relocating the northerly houseline of Montgomery Avenue from Fifteenth Street to Broad Street, thereby reducing the width of said Montgomery Avenue and relocating the easterly houseline of Fifteenth Street from Montgomery Avenue to a point approximately three-hundred thirty-one feet northwardly therefrom, thereby reducing the width of said Fifteenth Street, under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s Fire Code to describe the Fire Department’s responsibility to provide fire and emergency services through uniformed personnel, including firefighters and Fire Service Paramedics.
Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction And Occupancy Code," by amending Subcode F, entitled "The Philadelphia Fire Code," by further delineating the Philadelphia Fire Department's mission and obligation to provide fire and other emergency services via uniformed fire personnel including Firefighters and Fire Service Paramedics, and clarifying that all uniformed fire personnel, including Fire Service Paramedics, are authorized and required to act as fire personnel.

The enacted bill authorizes and directs the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Philadelphia Housing Authority to expand and improve housing opportunities and related services in Philadelphia.
Authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of Philadelphia (the "City"), on behalf of the City, to enter into, execute, and deliver an agreement with the Philadelphia Housing Authority to broaden and make more efficient housing opportunities and related services administered by the Philadelphia Housing Authority and existing within the City; and specifically, which will make additional units of affordable housing available to City residents under certain terms and conditions.
