The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s Public Employees Retirement Code to let certain former Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation employees buy pension credit for eligible service after December 31, 2014.
Amending Title 22 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Public Employees Retirement Code," by amending various provisions to provide for purchase of service by certain classes of employees, under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s campaign-finance rules, including raising contribution limits and setting rules for contributions to transition and inauguration committees.
Amending Chapter 20-1000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Political Contributions and Expenditures," to add and make changes to provisions regarding campaign contributions; contributions to transition and inauguration committees; and campaign finance disclosures; and making technical changes; all under certain terms and conditions.
