This adopted resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer conditional ownership of certain City-owned vacant properties in Philadelphia’s Fourteenth Ward to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority without payment.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Fourteenth Ward of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

Philadelphia City Council enacted a resolution recognizing the achievements of Philly Pride Presents and its educational mission supporting greater acceptance of Philadelphia’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community.
Recognizing the achievements of Philly Pride Presents - Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgendered Pride Parade and Festival as they continue their mission of pro-active education to create an atmosphere of sensitivity and awareness that will lead to a greater acceptance of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered community of Philadelphia and proclaiming June as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered Pride Month in Philadelphia.
