The enacted ordinance amended an earlier ordinance concerning the City Plan for Geary Street, Davinci Drive, and Justinian Circle near Geary and Twentieth Streets.
Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980709) approved December 30, 1998, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 46-S in the area of Geary street and Twentieth street by placing on the City Plan Geary street from Twentieth street to Davinci drive and Justinian circle from Davinci drive westward, all under certain terms and conditions including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of Geary street, Davinci drive and Justinian circle, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.

This enacted ordinance revises the City Plan by vacating specified portions of McNulty Road and Meeting House Road and creating dead-end turnarounds at their new termini.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 376 by striking from the City Plan and vacating a portion of McNulty road and a portion of Meeting House road, by placing on the City Plan a dead end turnaround at the terminus of McNulty road, and at the terminus of Meeting House road, by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage, water main and gas main purposes within the beds of Meeting House road and McNulty road being stricken under the authority of this Ordinance, by placing on the City Plan two (2) rights-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes within a portion of an existing right-of-way for water main purposes, all under certain terms and conditions.

The enacted ordinance amended a 1999 authorization to relocate portions of the curb lines on Clover Street between Twelfth and Camac Streets and on Market Street between Twelfth and Thirteenth Streets.
Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980897) approved January 5, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by relocating a portion of the northerly curb line of Clover street between Twelfth street and Camac street and relocating a portion of the southerly curb line of Market street between Twelfth street and Thirteenth street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.

This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain areas within the boundaries of Frankford Avenue, Poquessing Creek, Woodhaven Road, Knights Road, Academy Road, Byberry Road, Waldemire Drive, and Red Lion Road.
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Frankford avenue, the Poquessing Creek, Woodhaven road, Knights road, Academy road, Byberry road, Waldemire drive, Red Lion road and Knights road.
