This enacted bill establishes the Port Richmond Industrial Development Enterprise (PRIDE) Neighborhood Improvement District in the area generally bounded by Tulip Street, Allegheny Avenue, Amber Street, and Venango Street.

This enacted ordinance authorizes the City of Philadelphia to acquire a 50-foot-wide underground easement through 3822 Ridge Avenue, either by purchasing it or by condemnation.
