Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 324 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 1511 North Orkney street and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with the Robert H. Requiring that any proposed rate filing with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on behalf of the City's natural gas distribution operation include a proposal to continue the existing senior citizen discount; requiring that if any such filing was made prior to the date this Ordinance became law, such filing shall be amended to include a proposal to continue the senior citizen discount; and authorizing and directing the execution of an amendment to the City's agreement with the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation to conform with the requirements of this Ordinance; all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-1600, entitled "Miscellaneous," by adding a new Section prohibiting or regulating the conducting of licensed gambling operations within certain or all zoning districts of the City, all under certain terms and conditions.
