The enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors from displaying, offering, or selling goods, or leaving stands, on both sides of specified portions of Chester Avenue, Kingsessing Avenue, 53rd Street, and 54th Street.
Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code by amending Section 9-205 (Sidewalk Sales), by prohibiting vending on certain portions of Chester Avenue, Kingsessing Avenue, 53rd Street and 54th Street, under certain terms and conditions.
