The adopted resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer, at no cost, conditional ownership of certain City-owned lots and buildings in Philadelphia’s 30th and 40th Wards to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Thirtieth & Fortieth Wards of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

Approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Grays Ferry Urban Renewal Area designated as Parcel No. 157 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 1401-1455 South Twenty-fifth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Dericom Enterprises, LLC and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.
